He was formerly a lecturer and mentor for all the pavilioners in college, and he also graduated from the University of Indonesia in 1984 and was involved in the University development and construction since 1986. In 1993 he took his master of engineering on urban planning in Waseda University, Tokyo-Japan, and continued his lectures in University of Indonesia since then.
After the graduation of 5 other Pavilioners, he also founded together the Pavilion design studio, and was then became the mentor/supervisor from each project that Pavilion handled. In 2005, when the Pavilion Sembilanlima,pt was founded as company, he was appointed as the operational manager who responsible for managing every design outcomes.
